WHY THE LINER GUYS

Not All Liners Are Equal.
Not All Suppliers Are Either.

There are dozens of vapor barrier suppliers. There's only one that engineers the product, sources it direct, and stands behind it with the team that built it.
We're not looking for customers. We're looking for commercial partners.

THE TECHNICAL CASE

Mil Thickness Is a Marketing Number.
The Weight Doesn't Lie.

The vapor barrier industry has a dirty secret: mil measures thickness — but thickness alone tells you nothing about performance. A 20-mil liner built with recycled fillers can weigh as little as 55 lbs per roll. Ours weighs 76 lbs. That 21-lb difference is real polymer — and it shows up directly in puncture resistance, tear strength, and service life. Our 20-mil liner tests at over 970 lbf in CBR puncture resistance. The market average is often below 300 lbf — or simply untested.

The Problem With Mil

Nominal thickness can be achieved with recycled regrind and inconsistent manufacturing. Two liners can measure the same mil and perform completely differently in the field.

What Actually Matters

Roll weight per MSF and CBR puncture resistance tell the real story. More mass means more polymer, more density, and more protection — numbers that show up on every job.

The Liner Guys Numbers

Our 20-mil liner: 76 lbs/MSF and 970+ lbf puncture resistance. The leading alternative: 55 lbs/MSF and less than 300 lbf. The math is simple.

MATERIAL INTEGRITY

100% Virgin Polyethylene.
No Shortcuts. No Compromises.

Many competitors reduce costs by using recycled regrind — reprocessed plastic that introduces inconsistencies, weak spots, and micro-pores into the material. The result is a liner that looks fine in the roll and fails in the field. Our liners are manufactured exclusively with 100% virgin polyethylene — no recycled content, no fillers, no compromises.

Consistent Molecular Bond

Virgin resin ensures uniform density from edge to edge — no thinning, no weak spots, no surprises during installation.

Odor-Free Construction

Recycled plastics often off-gas in enclosed crawl spaces, affecting indoor air quality. Our virgin resin is completely odor-free — critical in an encapsulated environment.

Predictable Performance

Every roll performs identically to the last. Your crew knows what to expect. Your customers know what they are getting.

PROVEN PERFORMANCE

Tested to Perform.
Not Just Labeled to Sell.

Every roll is tested against the industry's most rigorous performance standards. These aren't claims — they're results.

THE BUSINESS CASE

Superior Product.
Manufacturer-Direct Relationship.
That's the Whole Argument.

01

You Buy at the Source

No importer. No distributor. No wholesaler. You are buying directly from the manufacturer — which means the margin that would have gone to three middlemen stays in your business.

02

Consistent Supply, Consistent Pricing

We manufacture to order and maintain US inventory for standard SKUs. No supply surprises, no unpredictable price swings — the kind of stability that lets you quote jobs with confidence.

03

A Supplier That Scales With You

Whether you are buying a single pallet or a full container, the relationship is the same. And when you are ready to go private label, the infrastructure is already in place.

04

Every Call Goes to Someone Who Knows the Answer

When you call, you reach the team that engineers, sources, and ships your product. Questions about specs, compliance, custom orders, or delivery get answered fast — by people who actually know what they are talking about.

Who we are

Built by People Who've Done This Before.

The Liner Guys was not started by investors or marketers. It was built by operators with decades of hands-on experience in polymer manufacturing, international sourcing, and supply chain management — people who understood the product before they ever sold it.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

"We are not just installing a product. We are protecting people's homes from moisture, mold, and structural damage — helping create healthier and safer living environments for families.

People who work in the same industry share a common purpose. Even though we are competitors in the market, we can also choose to see each other as colleagues — because at the end of the day, we are all working in the same field, facing similar challenges, and serving the same communities.

When one of us does quality work, charges a fair price, and acts with honesty, it does not just benefit that person. It helps build trust in the entire industry. When someone does poor work or overcharges, it ends up affecting all of us.

When we focus on enriching the people around us — our customers, our colleagues, and our community — we end up enriching ourselves as well. In more ways than one."
